Business visa

Business visa can be applied by someone who travels to Indonesia due to business matters. There are two types of business visa:

  1. Business visa for single entry

This visa allows 60 days length of stays and can be extended. An application for extension of duration of stay can be submitted to the Immigration Office (“Kantor Imigrasi”).

Required documents:

  1. Passport, with a minimum validity of 6 (six) months from the date of entry into Indonesia.
  2. Travel itinerary (proof of bookings), including details of onward or return journey.
  3. One coloured biometric photograph (min. 35 x 45 mm).
  4. Bank receipt as a proof of payment. The amount of fees and details of our bank account can be downloaded here.
  5. A supporting letters from the applicant’s firm in Germany and sponsor/counterpart in Indonesia setting out the reason and duration of the proposed visit, and responsibility for accommodation/maintenance costs.
  6. A copy of residence permit in Germany (for non-EU nationals)
  7. Completed application form
  8. A self-addressed and prepaid envelope (registered post)

 

  1. 2. Business visa for Multiple Entriestarif teraktual

This visa is issued upon authorization of the Immigration Office in Indonesia. It is valid for up to 12 (twelve) months and 60 (sixty) days for single entry from the date of arrival. An approval from the Indonesian Immigration Office is required for applying this visa. If you have received the approval from the Indonesian Immigration Office then you can send us following necessary documents:

 

  1. Passport, with a minimum validity of 18 (eightteen) months from the date of entry into Indonesia.
  2. Travel itinerary (proof of bookings), including details of onward or return journey.
  3. One coloured biometric photograph (min. 35 x 45 mm).
  4. Bank receipt as a proof of payment. The amount of fees and details of our bank account can be downloaded here.
  5. A supporting letters from the applicant’s firm in Germany and sponsor/counterpart in Indonesia setting out the reason and duration of the proposed visit, and responsibility for accommodation/maintenance costs.
  6. A copy of residence permit in Germany (for non-EU nationals)
  7. Completed application form
  8. Evidence that the applicant has sufficient funds to cover the cost of applicant’s intended stay in Indonesia
  9. A self-addressed and prepaid envelope (registered post)
